Interacting spirits in a digital world: The trend of music sampling and its role in imagining future creative spaces

Public creative spaces for future generations will be digital. But creation is based on interaction between individuals, cultures, old and new concepts. Can future libraries provide the above?

Lysandros’ Profile

Lysandros was born in Athens in 1982. He studied Politics in Athens. He has always been involved with music. In 2004 he completed his Bachelor degree and went on to the Netherlands to study Composition and Arranging, but came back a year later to start working with his brother Orestis on Imam Baildi, a music project based on sampling old Greek songs. He has been working as a professional musician since 2007.
